‎Unknown number of students are feared to have been killed in a fire incident at Utumishi Girls' Senior school in Gilgil Subcounty

Rift Valley Regional Police Commander Samuel Ndanyi said the fire incident was reported on Thursday at 3 am.

he indicated that the police are yet to ascertain the total number of fatalities from the incident.

‎Rescued students are currently receiving treatment at various hospitals within Gilgil and Nakuru
