Hot babes, good vibes and Inshallah: How Nakuru clubs lured revellers from Safari Rally action to the dance floor

As the saying goes, kilicho na mwanzo hakikosi mwisho (everything that has a beginning has an end) and the 2025 World Rally Championship (WRC) was no exception.
What a fun weekend it was! The excitement of watching fast cars in action was the highlight of the last four days.
But away from the racing action, there was another kind of excitement - the after-party scene. Club owners were well aware of this and the competition to attract the most revellers was intense.
And as the old saying goes, out of sight, out of mind, and many clubs took this to heart, making sure they were visible and present at the various Safari Rally venues.
We spotted Space Next Door staff on camelback proudly waving their club's flag to the crowd, reminding them that the best party spot was none other than Space Next Door.
Meanwhile, Wave XO took a digital approach, posting photos of the thrilling rally cars and sharing a video line-up of their DJs and celebrity guests for their after-party.
Mtaa Wangu checked out various clubs around Nakuru and it was clear that the marketing teams had hit the mark. The clubs were packed with revellers, proving that their promotional efforts had paid off.
Many party-goers hopped from club to club as is tradition. After enjoying DJ Grauchi and MC Gogo at 7D, they moved on to Space Next Door for a taste of DJ RoyTee Boy.
For those who couldn't make it uptown and preferred Sherehe Central, DJ Kaytrixx and MC Togzik kept the energy high in a packed venue.
