Nakuru gospel artist, Faith Nduhiu’s new thanksgiving song, Ametenda is finally up on YouTube!

Uploaded on February 13, 2024, the song has already garnered 9.6k views.

A live recording of the praise song Ametenda which translates to the Lord has done it was shot in Jubilee Christian Church Nakuru.

Speaking to Mtaa Wangu, Faith said the song was birthed out of pain as she had lost hope that she would be able to actualize the live recording event.

“I was at the point of giving up on the recording, when the the song came to me, reminding me that God can do anything. I started declaring in the spiritual realm that the recording will be possible and sure enough it came through,” she says.

In the music video, the congregation can be seen dancing and enjoying the upbeat praise song, which also had me bopping my head and tapping my feet to the beat.

Watching the music video, I couldn't help but be impressed by not only Faith’s vocals, but also those of the background vocalists.

Other than the impressive vocals and catchy beat, I was also thoroughly impressed by the high video and sound quality. Truly, Nakuru has potential to produce gold!

From the music videos comments, it seems I was not the only one that enjoyed watching and listening to Ametenda.

@sammyg363 commented, "This one is so big. I’m so glad that I was in this environment to partake my blessings and now ametenda."

Another YouTube user, @johnkuria9829 commented, "The presence of God is felt from where I am just by listening to the song...indeed Lord you have done it this year…Our Nakuru beautiful talents, our mum @faithnduhiu and the team we love you and more grace."

Just like me, @jedidawangeci3521 thoroughly enjoyed the music noting, "Good music. Kweli ametenda."
