Movie night offers an alternative for a laid-back weekend in Nakuru

Nakuru city appears to be taking a slower pace for this weekend compared to others that have been packed with events.

‎‎The weekend presented a few activities to choose from, ranging from fitness, wellness to outdoor entertainment.

‎‎ Nakuru Walk Movement is one of the stand-out events for Saturday which fitness enthusiasts embarked on a 27 Km walk from Nyayo Gardens to Kampi Ya Moto. 

‎‎The walk, attracted hundreds of participants from across the county seeking to keep fit, network and enjoy the outdoors who gathered at Nyayo Gardens from 6:30 am before setting off at 6:45 am

‎‎‎For those who prefer a more can head to The Crane Resort along the Njoro Highway provided a relaxed evening experience for movie lovers who enjoyed the Nakuru Movie Night. 

‎‎The overnight event, organized by Midnight Vibez in partnership with the resort, run from 6pm until 8 am.

‎‎Guests can expect an outdoor cinema experience featuring three movies, a bonfire session, karaoke, interactive games, card games and a hyped movied session.

‎Organizers have encouraged attendees to carry their own blankets for the overnight event.

‎‎Tickets for the movie night are retailing at Sh2,000 for a single ticket and Sh3,800 for couples, with food and drinks available for purchase at the venue.
