Aki wewe, if you are planning to Netflix and chill this weekend, cancel that plan kabisa. Nakuru and Naivasha will be coming alive this Easter weekend with an overload of vibes.

Whether it's worshipping, cycling, painting or partying. Nakuru has something for you.

So charge your phones, round up your crew and let's break down all the madness that's happening this long Easter weekend.

Spoiler alert, it's going to be lit.

Great Rift Rugby 10s

This isn't your average rugby match; this is Nakuru's Super Bowl with Nyama Choma on the side. The Great Rift Rugby 10s, which runs from 18-20 April, is a showdown of speed, strategy and sheer muscle. Expect thunderous tackles, roaring fans and a festival atmosphere that's sure to last long after the final whistle. The theme for the 32nd edition is Ol' School.

Oldies & Soul Night

Hosted at Buraha Zenoni this Saturday, and if you know your way around Luther Vandross lyrics, this is the night for you. It's grown-up, sexy and soul-drenched. The music? Timeless. The dress code? Respectfully classic. The vibe? Unbeatable.

Cycling to the Park

Join a cycling convoy to beautiful Lake Nakuru National Park, where every pedal brings you closer to nature and peace of mind. This is your chance to test your stamina, meet cool bikers and live out your Tour de Nakuru dreams. Just don't forget water, sunscreen and your best "I'm fit" attitude on April 20.

Easter Keshas

In anticipation of Jesus' resurrection, the Catholic faithful will be hosting keshas on April 19.

Rausha Kipaji Cup

This is an all-out celebration of grassroots football excellence from 17 to 20 April. The Rausha Kipaji Cup returns for its sixth edition, giving rising stars a stage to shine. The competition is fierce. It's about more than the scoresheet, it's about community, passion and the future of the game.

Nakuru does not sleep this Easter weekend. From soul and sport to games and gospel. Pick your poison, plan your route and remember, vibes ziko ground.

Kama uko home... pole. The rest of the crew? Wako nje.
