When it stormed the entertainment industry in 2021 Eagles nest Lounge and Grill became an instant magnet to party lovers who were ready to experience some new vibes.

Perched on the rooftop of Nakuru city’s most magnificent Golden life mall along the Nakuru-Eldoret highway, the nightclub became a favorite spot for merrymakers.

Revelers from different parts of the city and beyond used to flock the venue during the evenings more so during the weekends when it could fill to capacity,

As they partook of their favorite bottle, the revelers enjoyed good music from nationally acclaimed DJs.

Artists with sizeable repute regularly performed at the clubs and entertained their fans to their stupor. The club was indeed the right spot for anyone seeking a cosmic experience.

However, all the pomp and hype is no more. The club seems to have followed the route that most clubs in Nakuru have been taking in recent times after making a short debut.

Barely a year since its inception, Eagles nest club silently exited the stage leaving its customers guessing.

Days before Christmas, the place remained grave silent and with no activity going on. It appeared as if the club had allowed its staff to take a festive break.

This was days after it had served its customers with a scintillating watching experience of the 2022 World cup final in Qatar.

The property landlord informed the reporter that the club closed its doors on December 24.

“Though the client has not informed us of their intention, the club has remained shut since December 24,” said the caretaker.

Sources privy to the club affairs have however intimated that the club was hit by management wrangles.

According to the sources, disagreements between the co-owners saw them part ways early last year which was succeeded by a gradual decline in the operations.

The club’s fall is a huge setback to Nakuru city’s nightlife.
