Glen Washington is expected to perform in Nakuru on October 20, 2024.

Nakuru County is swiftly establishing itself as a key destination for leisure, adventure, and business, thanks to visionary efforts by the local government. By investing in infrastructure and promoting tourism, the County has positioned itself as a sought-after destination for both local and international visitors.

In line with its commitment to promoting tourism and community engagement, Nakuru County endeavours to leverage invaluable opportunities to boost local tourism.

The festival is sponsored and organised by Pubs, Entertainment, and Restaurant Association of Kenya (PERAK), and will be headlined by the renown reggae music icon Glen Washington.

On Sunday, the 20th of October 2024, all roads will lead to Nakuru City where the most celebrated Jamaican Reggae Icon - Glen Washington will perform at the Nakuru Athletics Club Grounds.

There will be a sequence of activities throughout the day; starting with family-friendly activities and kids zone during the day, local artist performances at the sherehe zone who will display a lively celebration of unity and culture, with the ultimate concert being ushered in after sunset, all the way till dawn.

This event also provides Nakuru Business entities an opportunity to participate as vendors, service providers, exhibitors and sponsors.
