Nakuru Town West Member of Parliament Samuel Arama has yet again found himself in the spotlight, after a video that has since gone viral shows him hurling insults to desperate parents who were standing in long queues at his office to get bursary forms.

Upon arriving at his office, Samuel Arama is met with a large group of people who are eagerly waiting to be given bursary forms.

He is greeted with mild cheers and jubilations from his constituents who see him as a ray of hope but he goes ahead and starts reprimanding them.

Mr Arama informs them that the bursary forms will be issued the whole of the month of February. He then says all of them coming to his office at once is an indication that they do not have jobs.

He furthers notes that his constituents are becoming stupid since he went out of his way to issue bursary forms to them instead of them going to the website and printing the forms from a cyber at sh. 20.

"You people are stupid, do you want me to make it so you go to the website where you will have to pay sh. 20 just to get a form? " he asked.

After receiving a scolding they were sure never to forget any time soon, the crowd went silent unsure of whether they would receive assistance or not. .

The comment section of the video of course shows the anger and disappointment of some of the people.

Most of the comments under the video expressed the anger the users had towards the legislature.

The video ends with the constituents being re organized into lines. Whether or not they were all assisted is something Mtaa Wangu is yet to establish.
